Paycom is seeking a Senior Plant Accountant in Defiance, OH to oversee plant financials, standard costs, and costing analyses. You will provide insights on product costing, cost reduction initiatives, and support month-end close processes within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred) and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with emphasis on Plant/Cost Accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and cost accounting analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Sage) and Excel data analysis.

Mansioni

• Set, revise, and maintain standard costs for manufactured goods.
• Prepare and analyze cost standards; identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform cost analyses for manufacturing costs, labor, materials, and overhead.
• Assist in monthly closes, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Plant management on budgeting and forecasts.
