TalentReel, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own general ledger integrity and lead close activities.

You will partner across functions to strengthen controls, oversee corporate card and expense governance, and provide increased tax oversight across sales/use, income, and property tax compliance. The role requires 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ERP (SAP) proficiency, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Includes month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or overseeing tax compliance activities (sales/use tax, property tax, and/or income tax deliverables).

Responsabilités

• Owns general ledger accuracy by reviewing daily transactions and resolving posting issues.
• Leads bank activity oversight, cash posting/reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Manages monthly/quarterly/annual close including complex journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversees intercompany accounting activities and communications to meet close timelines.
• Oversees fixed asset accounting, capitalization, disposals, and monthly reconciliations.
• Provides analysis for weekly cash flow and liquidity reporting; partners on mitigation actions.
• Supports budgeting and forecasting with cost center governance and reporting needs.
• Prepares audit schedules and works with auditors during reviews and audits.
• Leads process improvement initiatives, automation, and use of AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Oversees corporate credit card administration, policy governance, and controls.
• Oversees Concur Expense Reporting processes, training, and compliance monitoring.
• Leads/ties tax compliance activities across sales/use, property, and income tax deliverables.
