Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of professional planning experience; two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct planning and zoning functions.
• Represent the County at TRPA and other regional boards.
• Develop staff reports and present to Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners.
• Coordinate development review across divisions and with developers and agencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Land Use Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration or a closely related field
