Job summary

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Planning and Urban Design to lead complex planning initiatives for our campus. You will oversee project management, consultant deliverables, and coordination with the Director to advance strategic urban design and development objectives.

The role includes managing real estate and planning/design consultants, tracking progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring alignment with LCPA’s goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management for planning, design, or development.
• Deep understanding of NYC real estate, housing, zoning, and environmental review processes.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/Q/I processes and oversee consultant firms and outside land use counsel.
• Oversee outside consultants to align with project goals, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to draft strategic planning approaches and work plans.
