Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Manager of Planning Systems to lead the architecture behind consolidated planning and reporting. You will guide a small team, own the planning platform roadmap, and drive a scalable, system-based FP&A approach across inputs, consolidation, and executive reporting.

You will hands-on manage data flows to ERP/BI, partner with Accounting and Data teams, and deliver KPI-driven dashboards for leadership.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience spanning strategic finance / FP&A and finance systems or finance transformation roles, including 2+ years managing or formally developing analysts.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including command of P&L mechanics, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation mechanics behind a company-wide planning cycle.
• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, or owning an EPM / planning platform (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, or similar).
• Demonstrated success leading a finance transformation initiative end-to-end, standing up or scaling planning systems and automated reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of 1–2 analysts to lead finance transformation efforts across finance and accounting, spanning planning systems, consolidation, and executive reporting.
• Own the consolidated planning and reporting engine behind the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles, including data intake and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform, leading tool evaluation, design, implementation, and administration.
• Own the planning systems roadmap end-to-end, including governance and change management, communicating progress to Finance leadership.
• Design data flows and integrations connecting the planning platform to ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack with cross-team collaboration.
• Support executive-facing deliverables (Weekly B/R, OpEx reviews, Board materials) with dashboards and KPI insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize inputs and consolidation into a single corporate view.
• Establish and enforce best practices across systems controls, data governance, and planning process documentation.
