Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring for a Dispatcher/Route Planner responsible for creating long-term and short-term route plans for multiple branches within the North America region. You will analyze plan efficiency, manage resources, and work with leadership to ensure data accuracy and reporting.

The role requires strong routing software experience, MS Office proficiency, and ability to handle multiple tasks while communicating effectively with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and manuals.
• Knowledge of branch departments, territory structure and planning preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple, repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates effective monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for assigned branches using route analysis software.
• Creates, QA, implements and adjusts route plans on all routes supported in the region.
• Maintains geographic codes, addresses, and customer information.
• Coordinates with Planning Specialists and Schedulers to ensure timely tasks.
• Coordinates with branches on plan updates to maximize route efficiency.
• Plans special services as needed (e.g., new product lines, pilots).
