Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatch/Planning professional to analyze routes, adjust territory plans, and optimize daily and weekly schedules for assigned branches. You will maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information while reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers.

The role requires strong routing software knowledge, data analysis, and excellent communication skills, with 1–2 years of dispatcher or customer-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with routing and scheduling systems or dispatcher software.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing analysis software.
• Communicate routes within the territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create daily summary reports and provide to supervisor.
