Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Planner / Scheduler in Denver, CO to support Hybrid/On Site Programs.

You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews, and provide time impact analyses for large, multi-disciplinary projects. Qualifications

At least 8 years of Planning / Scheduling experience.
Degree in a related field (OR) related work experience in lieu of education.
Ability to work two days a week at our Jacobs Denver office or at our client-site as needed.
Demonstrated experience developing, and analyzing schedules for large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Experience in Vertical Construction, Advanced facilities, Oil and Gas sectors.
Constructability and value engineering analysis experience related to schedules.
Claims analysis, change order, and time impact analysis experience.
Familiarity with schedule baselines, logic integrity, and change control processes.
Deep understanding of critical path analysis, float management, and delay analysis methodologies.
Experience with Integrated Master Project and Program schedules.
DCMA 14-point checks or GAO/DOE schedule best practices familiarity.
Familiarity with AACE recommended practices (29R-03, 22R-10).
Exposure to Monte Carlo risk analysis tools (Acumen Deltek Fuse, Primavera Risk Analysis).
Developing and customizing schedule reports and dashboards (PowerBI).
Data modeling, KPI development, and automated reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Interact with engineering and construction to understand and communicate scheduling issues.
Analyze contractor CPM schedules and perform technical schedule reviews.
Provide time impact analyses and develop schedule improvements.
Serve as scheduling SME in client interactions with professionalism.
Develop and deliver graphically and verbally-presented cost/schedule analyses.
Create customized reports and dashboards for client and project stakeholders.
