Job summary

Responsibilities include milestone planning, resource loading, and maintaining schedule integrity across disciplines, with a focus on critical path and schedule recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; alternative: high school diploma with extensive experience.
• Experience in preparing, monitoring, and reporting schedule information in EPC environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and familiarity with integration to project controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule data analysis and identify issues; provide recommendations.
• Plan and support milestones for total projects or major portions.
• Review activities to ensure alignment with project milestones and schedules.
• Perform resource loading, leveling, and schedule updates.
• Develop and maintain installation curves and quantity release data.
• Coordinate with organizations to support schedule maintenance and reporting.
• Identify critical path activities and propose improvements.
• Prepare schedule recovery plans and schedule commentary for reports.
