Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Engineering or an equivalent Associate with 6+ years in PCB manufacturing.
• 6+ years of related experience in planning, product engineering, and tooling.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing design rules, blueprints, IPC standards.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of HDI designs and associated manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute plans for high-technology manufacturing jobs with sequential processing and ATE requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to newly hired Planners.
• Process repeat orders and new jobs per Sanmina procedures.
• Collaborate with EAG and internal programmers to implement planning automation.
• Create stack-ups to meet dielectrics, impedance, and signal loss specs.
• Serve as SME for internal departments and maintain customer communications.
• Conduct DFM reviews on customer-submitted designs.
• Manage specification reviews and update summaries for documentation and standards.
