SENIOR PLANNING MANAGER - Hybrid

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Manager with Department Store, and Big Box experience to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans utilizing your expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and sales analysis to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage seasonal merchandise plans for our fashion product lines, ensuring alignment withcompany goals and objectives
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize inventorylevels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely andefficient execution of plans
• Analyze sales trends, market data, and competitor activity to inform product development and assortmentstrategies
• Monitor and track inventory levels, making recommendations for replenishment, markdowns, and promotionsas needed
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with thebroader team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fashion industry planning with focus on Department Stores, Off price, Clubs, and bigbox.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, inventory management, and sales analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functionalteams
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latestdevelopments in the fashion industry
