Garver is seeking a Planning and Environmental Team Leader to join our Georgia team. Lead a growing portfolio of planning and environmental projects, overseeing strategy, business development, and delivery for Garver's transportation line and other services.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience, strong client interaction skills, and a solid NEPA background. You will guide a talented team to deliver high-quality work while balancing growth and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in planning or an environmental field.
• 10+ years of experience managing planning and environmental projects, especially transportation.
• Proven knowledge of National Environmental Policy Act processes and public involvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development activities including direct client interaction.
• Build and oversee a team of environmental professionals and mentor career development.
• Procure, manage, and execute planning and environmental projects for Garver's Transportation line.
• Oversee project management, sub-consultant coordination, scope, and cost estimates.
• Lead environmental/planning documents and public involvement work.
• Provide technical lead on planning and environmental projects and serve as advisor.
• Participate in marketing: proposals, interviews, presentations.
• Foster collaboration between engineering and environmental teams.
