Job summary

LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects is a government contract opportunity in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on developing planning documents, project plans, and cost estimates for major projects (> $250,000) and requires close coordination with Naval Medical Center San Diego staff.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or at least 8 years of construction/engineering experience, with strong planning and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in planning for major projects and coordinating with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, including statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specs, RFPs, and cost estimates for Major Projects.
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop and prioritize planning documents and identify new project needs.
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified and attend meetings at the government's request.
• Site visits required.
