Job summary

LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects in San Diego, CA. The role involves developing planning documents such as SOWs, project plans, and cost estimates for major projects, and coordinating with Facilities Maintenance and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff.

The candidate will provide weekly project reports and participate in government meetings, including site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering.
• Or 8 years of construction or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Major Projects
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified
• Attend meetings at the governments request
• Required site visits

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering

Responsibilities:

• Develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Major Projects
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents

Requirements:
