LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Minor Projects (<$250,000) for a government contract in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, including statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, RFPs, and cost estimates for Minor Projects (<$250,000).
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff to develop planning documents.
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff to identify needs for new projects and prioritize severity.
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified.
• Attend meetings at the government’s request.
• Site visits as required by the project.

Responsibilities:

• develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, designspecifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Minor Projects
• Consults withFacilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
• Consults withFacilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects
• Provides weekly reports of new projects identified
• Attends meetings at the governments request
• Required site visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR
• 8 years of construction or engineering experience
