This role blends onsite and remote work in a hybrid environment, requiring strong communication with owners, engineers, architects, and contractors. A BA/BS and 6 years healthcare design experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Health Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline with 6 years of healthcare or academic design and construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams; mentors and coaches project managers at all levels.
• Develops, monitors and achieves scope, budget and schedule for single or multiple projects of high complexity.
• Interfaces with executive leadership and stakeholders to align project goals with master facility plans.
• Develops and implements design standards; procures and manages external resources.
