Job summary

LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. is hiring a Project Manager for our Healthcare team in Raleigh. The successful candidate will oversee the design process and manage client relationships efficiently and effectively.

This role involves collaboration with a team including clients, architects, and urban planners. Candidates must be a Registered Architect with 8+ years of design experience, particularly in Healthcare, and possess technical production skills for design and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 8+ years of design experience, preferably in Healthcare.
• LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process and manage client relationships.
• Prepare strategic plans and serve as the primary client contact.
• Negotiate contracts, billing, and accounts receivable.

Skills

Technical production skills for design and construction documents

Proficiency in Revit

Knowledge of relevant codes (state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
