Van Cleef & Arpels in New York seeks a Senior Manager, Planning & Allocation to lead inventory planning, forecasting, and allocations across the Americas. The role collaborates with headquarters and local teams to ensure timely distribution and achievement of regional goals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP and Looker. Business proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus, and a bonus eligible position is

Qualifications

• Inflex at least a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in planning.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP and Looker knowledge is a plus.
• French and/or Spanish business proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling forecasts for defined product categories to ensure alignment with regional sales trends and KPIs.
• Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain to secure product and align on forecast.
• Allocate inventory across channels to support regional sales performance.
• Analyze trends, sales and stock rotation to identify risks and opportunities; plan actions with Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail teams.
• Assist in budgets and last estimate exercises with quantitative input.
• Prepare and co-lead bi-monthly presentations to local Executive Committee on supply chain topics.
• Manage Supply Chain reporting and projects as needed.
