Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on Primavera P6 experience in oil and gas.
• PMI-SP certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for one or multiple projects.
• Manage baseline and forecast schedules and distribute updates to stakeholders.
• Administer schedule changes through change management to preserve integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to obtain accurate information.
• Support critical path analysis and reporting on schedule performance.
• Ensure budget and resource loading within schedules for baselines.
• Apply earned value management (EVM) principles and reporting.
• Analyze schedule variances and communicate findings to teams and leadership.
• Support WBS development to enable planning, budgeting, and control.
• Develop and analyze what-if scenarios for decision-making.
• Identify risks and mitigations and assist recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership during planning, reviews, and coordination.
