Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler Manager to support capital projects at its Safford, Arizona operation. The role manages project planning resources, ensures compliance with Client procedures, and guides scheduling strategies across engineering, procurement, contracting and construction.

The ideal candidate will bring expert-level Primavera P6 knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze complex schedules while mentoring a project-controls team in a high-demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field with 15+ years of industrial project planning experience; or
• High School Diploma/GED with 20 years of industrial project planning experience, preferably mining, with 10+ years of planning experience.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 scheduling software experience.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex project planning issues and drive resolutions.
• Lead and mentor the project planning and scheduling team.
• Develop and enforce planning policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assess schedule risks and provide strategic guidance across engineering, procurement, contracting and construction.
• Configure and maintain Primavera P6 and related scheduling systems.
