Job summary

BMWC CONSTRUCTORS in Munster, Indiana is seeking a skilled Planner/Scheduler to support large-scale industrial construction projects. You will lead planning sessions, manage project schedules, and collaborate closely with project leadership and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project controls and scheduling, possesses strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. This position offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling roles.
• Additional coursework, training and/or certification related to project controls, planning, scheduling, or construction management are preferred.
• Scheduling experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, petrochemical, or other mechanical process industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through interactive planning sessions to develop workflow plans, project schedules, and detailed labor plans.
• Update schedule with progress, monitor key milestones, and notify project team of deviations.
• Prepare and maintain craft loading plans and productivity reports.
