Job summary

Planet Group in Indiana is seeking a Corporate Scheduler to develop and oversee integrated project schedules across mechanical, piping, and industrial projects. You will work with Operations, Project Management, Superintendents, and Estimating to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with capacity and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of scheduling or project controls experience in skilled trades or construction environments.
• Experience supporting multi-project portfolios and complex schedules.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, labor productivity, and field operations.
• Experience with ERP or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules for skilled trades projects.
• Establish baseline schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery plans and communicate findings to leadership.
• Support manpower forecasting and leveling across multiple projects.
• Prepare and present schedule updates, dashboards, and look-ahead reports to project teams.
• Establish standardized scheduling templates, procedures, and best practices.
