Job summary

H+M Industrial EPC in Pasadena, TX seeks a Planner / Scheduler to develop, update, and publish schedules for engineering and construction activities across multiple projects. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Director of Project Controls and combines office work with an option for remote Fridays.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, at least five years in capital projects planning, and strong skills in Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years planning/scheduling experience in capital projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software (5+ years).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and publish schedules for each project phase (proposal through construction).
• Review schedule logic, interfaces, and accuracy.
• Perform schedule quality analysis using P6 and other tools.
• Maintain earned value and forecast data in P6.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions and communicate schedule trends.
