Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Lead Planner and Scheduler to develop and maintain master schedules for large energy sector capital projects. The role requires embedding at the client’s office in Houston, strong CPM and earned value expertise, and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in planning/scheduling, 10+ in major projects, and advanced Primavera P6/PMIS proficiency, with PMP/PSP certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years in planning and scheduling large capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency with planning/scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Experience with permitting, design, procurement, and construction logistics for energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed master schedules for complex multi-asset capital projects.
• Create integrated master CPM schedules and baseline planning documents.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule alignment and reporting.
