Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in planning/land development or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare community wide plans, land development codes, and site plans for entitlements.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and architects on policy objectives and development programs.
• Lead project management: proposals, budgets, schedules, and client communications.
