Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor level degree in planning/architecture/administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients and staff on policy objectives and land development programs.
• Prepare land development plans and comprehensive plans per Florida statutes.
• Present to municipal officials on planning and zoning projects.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules and client relationships.
• Develop staff and mentor team members.
