HistoSonics, Inc. in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a Senior Planner to convert forecasts into SAP and own MRP, ensuring inventory availability to support manufacturing.

You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and R&D to address supply constraints, support capacity planning, and drive operational efficiency.

This role requires 5+ years in planning/procurement, experience with ERP/MRP, and strong Excel skills; ISO/GMP knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in planning/procurement, preferably with ERP.
• 2+ years in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with MRP programs.
• Familiar with ISO and GMP requirements.
• Strong listening, communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Self‑motivated with urgency and drive for completion of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the purchase plan to ensure inventory supply through consumption analysis and reorder quantities.
• Analyze inventory levels and advise actions to prevent shortages or surpluses.
• Liaise with internal customers to align priorities and recovery plans.
• Lead initiatives to improve planning processes and ERP coordination.
• Identify areas for secondary sourcing plans.
• Develop and maintain planning parameters within the ERP system; act as site ERP Superuser.
• Support new product development and transition to volume manufacturing.
• Support engineering and product assurance with spec changes and quality issues.
• Act as supply chain SME in cross‑functional meetings.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines; perform additional duties.
