HistoSonics, Inc. in Plymouth, MN, seeks a Senior Planner to translate forecasts into SAP requirements, own MRP, and ensure material availability for manufacturing. You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality, and R&D to address constraints and improve overall supply chain performance.

The role emphasizes ERP/MRP optimization, site ERP Superuser duties, and supporting new product introductions while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certification in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.
• 5+ years of planning and procurement experience with ERP exposure preferred.
• 2+ years in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) programs; ISO/GMP awareness.

Mansioni

• Manage the purchase plan to ensure inventory supply through consumption analysis, reorder points and quantities.
• Analyze inventory levels to prevent shortages or surpluses and recommend actions.
• Liaise with internal customers to align priorities, commitments and recovery plans.
• Lead initiatives to optimize planning processes and ERP system efficiency.
• Identify areas for secondary sourcing plans and establish them.
• Develop and maintain ERP planning parameters; act as site ERP Superuser.
• Support new product development and transition to volume manufacturing.
• Support engineering and product assurance with spec changes and improvements.
• Serve as supply chain SME in cross-functional meetings.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines; perform additional duties as assigned.
