Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with public interaction ability.
• Proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, analyzing and presenting data for master plans.
• Support plan implementation, including zoning regulation development and administration.
• Prepare staff reports and present to Planning and Zoning Board on planning items.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage planning projects.
