Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with high-tech or semiconductor environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with capacity and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate materials planning, procurement, and logistics for complex modules.
• Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to meet deadlines.
