Job summary

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in production planning, scheduling, or related role in an MRP-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production control activities to ensure schedule adherence.
• Create, distribute, and maintain shop orders; adjust quantities and dates as needed.
• Maintain planning data integrity in ERP/MRP systems (routings, lead times, order statuses).
• Lead daily production meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Schedule customer demand considering capacity, machine availability, and requirements.
• Verify alignment with Master Production Schedule and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop production plans to minimize shortages and excess work in process.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks to delivery and propose corrective actions to leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional teams from prototype to volume production.
• Support Lean, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety.
