Responsibilities

Provide advanced customer support for development applications and plan amendments.
Lead complex planning projects, master/concept plans, and feasibility studies.
Supervise consultants, manage contracts, budgets and invoices.
Develop and manage specialized planning programs and environmental considerations.
Prepare detailed staff reports and present findings to decision bodies.
