Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering/Construction/Business Management or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of EPCIC experience on Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or Power projects.
• Experience with large LNG or topside fabrication preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and MS Project.
• Support baseline creation during initiation and setup.
• Provide project schedule support and mentor junior planners.
• Produce workforce histograms and curves linked to schedules.
• Maintain sequence across EPCIC phases to control duration and critical path.
• Elevate delays, analyze changes to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Create and monitor schedule compliance and variance reports.
• Lead and deliver scheduling initiatives.
