Job summary

BD is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner Supervisor to lead manufacturing scheduling and materials planning at our Columbus, NE molding center.

You will balance raw materials, coordinate with production and suppliers, maintain on-time delivery, and ensure inventory integrity while supporting new product runs. A BA/BS in Supply Chain or Business and 5+ years in manufacturing or SCM are required; APICS is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Business required.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and balance production schedules and materials for production.
• Coordinate with production operators, planners/buyers and logistics.
• Maintain open orders and ensure on-time delivery and inventory integrity.
• Balance raw materials and supplies to minimize on-hand inventory.
• Support new and experimental product runs and component changes.
• Collaborate with other planners/buyers on demand and shipments.
• Maintain system reliability and compliance reporting.
