Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists recruits for an established Dallas law firm seeking a Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. This full-time, in-office role requires stepping into an existing PI caseload with minimal training and the ability to litigate, depose, and move cases efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 6–10+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience and a track record of substantive litigation training, with stability at a reputable PI firm.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation experience and substantive case development.
• Trial experience and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle and move personal injury litigation cases to resolution.
• Provide thorough case development and preparation for depositions and mediations.
• Interface with senior partners and clients to coordinate strategy and updates.
