Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
1–10 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

Manage a plaintiff's personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement.
Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
Develop case strategies to maximize client outcomes.
Prepare demand packages and oversee all aspects of pre-litigation case management.
Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
