Jobot, a national plaintiff litigation firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. This position handles all phases of litigation, from filing through appeal, in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal.
• Representing clients in court and making regular court appearances.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests and other legal documents.
• Managing cases, including investigating claims, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements.
• Collaborating with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
• Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
