Job summary

Keller Rohrback L.L.P. seeks a highly qualified litigation paralegal to join its Complex Litigation department in Seattle. The role requires extensive experience in research, cite checking, and e-discovery, with 8+ years preferred for managing complex projects and MDLs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience with significant project management responsibilities (8+ years preferred).
• Excellent legal research, writing, proofreading, and cite-checking skills.
• Experience with federal and state courts and MDLs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation projects from inception through trial.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage workflows, and balance deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, co-counsel, experts, vendors, and clients on complex matters.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Perform cite checking using The Bluebook and court rules.
• Coordinate and manage large document collections, reviews, productions, and e-discovery workflows.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and case filings.
