Boly:Welch seeks a Plaintiff Attorney in Oregon to manage challenging plaintiff-side cases from intake through resolution. You will own cases end-to-end with a capable support team and leverage strong writing for motions and pleadings.

The role emphasizes discovery analysis, case strategy development, and trial preparation, with trial experience preferred and a welcoming posture toward both plaintiff- and defense-side backgrounds. After a brief in-office period, a hybrid schedule is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Significant writing/briefing experience.
• Significant litigation experience.
• Oregon State Bar membership.
• JD

Responsibilities

• Own cases from start to finish with support from a skilled legal team.
• Draft motions, responses, and pleadings with strong writing skills.
• Analyze discovery and develop strategic approaches to cases.
• Prepare for and conduct trials, including post-trial considerations.
• Trial experience is preferred; appellate experience is a plus; practice can be plaintiff- or defense-side.
