Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Oregon State Bar membership required; Washington State Bar membership a plus.
• JD degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from start to finish in complex commercial litigation.
• Motions practice; drafting pleadings and briefs; preparing for and attending hearings and depositions; developing case strategy.
• Direct interaction with clients and opposing counsel; support from legal assistants and paralegals.
• Firm prioritizes professional development and long-term growth.
