Boly:Welch seeks a Senior Employment Law Attorney to join its litigation team in a role focused on plaintiff-side employment matters, including discrimination, wage-hour disputes, and civil rights issues. You will handle cases from intake to resolution and collaborate with a shareholder on growing the practice.

The role is primarily in-office with flexibility to work from home when necessary, offering autonomy and strong client relationships in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of litigation experience, with significant employment law experience required.
• Interest in plaintiff-side employment litigation and advocacy.
• Oregon Bar membership.
• JD.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including evaluating claims and developing strategy.
• Draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations and trials, advise clients on litigation and business matters.
• Build client relationships and cultivate business for the practice.
