Merck in West Point, Pennsylvania, seeks an Associate Principal Scientist for the DMPK group to lead integrated DMPK, PK/PD, and DDI assessments across modalities. You will guide in silico/in vitro/in vivo analyses to inform dose selection and regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in discovery and development, strong leadership, andhas experience with PBPK and regulatory interactions. Hybrid work arrangement available. Sanctions and equal opportunity policies apply.

Formación

• 8+ years industry experience with discovery and development of therapeutics.
• Experience integrating DMPK with pharmacology and translational modeling.
• Experience authoring documents for regulatory filings (IB/IND).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to support discovery and clinical development.
• Design and interpret in silico, in vitro, and in vivo DMPK analyses.
• Assess DDI risk using mechanistic or PBPK models and advise development teams.
• Author source reports for regulatory filings and risk assessments.
