Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior project leadership professional to guide a team of superintendents and craft professionals on a major project in New Albany, Ohio. You will manage craft activities, coordinate subcontractor work, and ensure adherence to schedules and budget while enforcing safety and quality standards.

The role requires 10–13 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree (or 14–17 years without a degree), preferably with semiconductor, EV battery, data center, or pharma

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or Pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred.
• Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and coordinate subcontract work to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project policies and procedures.
