Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Superintendent Piping to lead piping planning and installation efforts on key projects in Charlotte, NC. You will direct field teams, read complex blueprints, and coordinate with clients and project management to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a proven track record in piping environments. A valid license and ability to pass background/drug tests are required, with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of piping planning and installation experience.
• 1–5 years of experience managing projects and personnel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical demands include heavy lifting and varied movements.

Responsibilities

• Direct others on work activities and schedule resources.
• Read complex blueprints and equipment lists for assembly.
• Solve complex job-related problems and brief project leadership.
• Liaise with client representatives and attend project meetings.
• Perform safety talks and maintain check-in sheets.
• Maintain tool inspection reports and time submissions.
• Conduct performance reviews for project staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by MSS Solutions, LLC.
