Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with sheet metal layout and installation.
• Ability to supervise and lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and frequent standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct others on work activities and scheduling.
• Read complex blueprints and equipment packaging lists.
• Solve complex job-related problems with the project manager.
• Liaison with client representatives.
• Attend project meetings.
• Perform safety talks and maintain check-in sheets.
• Maintain tool inspection reports.
• Submit employees’ time to the office.
• Perform performance reviews for project staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
