Job summary

DynaTen Corporation is seeking a Superintendent - Piping to lead commercial mechanical piping installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. This role involves converting project requirements into executable work plans, developing field talent, and coordinating with project partners.

The position requires extensive experience in piping construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read drawings, schedules, and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commercial mechanical piping with field leadership.
• Ability to read schedules and plan labor and materials.
• Knowledge of drawings, codes, testing, and quality standards.
• Proficient with mobile devices and construction reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade crews on commercial piping installations with safety and quality focus.
• Develop and communicate work plans using drawings, schedules, and budgets.
• Plan manpower, tools, access, prefabrication, and deliveries.
• Review documents for constructability and raise RFIs when needed.
• Coordinate sequencing with management, contractors, and vendors.
• Verify installations against drawings and specs; address deficiencies.
• Track quantities, labor, schedules, and material needs; report regularly.
• Coach staff, assign tasks, document performance, address issues.
• Lead pre-task planning and toolbox talks; promote site safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
