Burrow Global is seeking a Principal Lead Piping Designer for a long-term assignment in Baytown, TX. You will lead detailed piping designs and 3D models, working under the Piping Lead to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include 3D modeling in S3D, isometrics and drawings, clash detection, field verification, and cross-discipline collaboration. Strong brownfield experience and certification are highly valued.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of piping design experience, brownfield preferred.
• Proficient in S3D and CAD software.
• Experience with laser scanning (Leica preferred).
• Strong knowledge of piping systems and plant layout.
• Quality control and model validation experience.
• Piping Designer Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• 3D Modeling & Design Generation: create and modify 3D piping models and drawings.
• Clash Detection & Field Verification: perform clash analysis and resolve issues.
• Project Execution Support: assist with progress reporting and troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Reporting: generate piping docs and redline P&IDs.
• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: coordinate with multi-discipline teams.
• Model Reviews: prepare materials for discipline model reviews.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure designs meet project standards.
• Commissioning Support: assist in commissioning/start-up activities.
