Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Job Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent with multiple years of supervisory experience.
• Must have piping background and knowledge across civil, electrical, mechanical, welding, and rigging disciplines.
• Strong understanding of safety, project controls, and labor agreements; ability to enforce work rules.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise direct-hire craft professionals for construction activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, adherence to design outputs, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce Construction Labor Agreement (CLA) and site work rules; discipline when needed.
