Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
Experience managing projects and budgets.
Ability to write clear technical documents for engineering and land agreements.
Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and clients.
Willingness to present project status to leadership.
Familiarity with pipeline design practice, ASME B31.8 and 49 CFR Part 192.
Structured working style with initiative and follow-through.
Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Turn company specifications into a workable project scope and steer contractors.
Specify materials and verify they suit service conditions.
Review drawings to meet project intent and standards.
Deliver engineering support across pipeline and meter stations.
Collaborate with multiple project managers on active jobs.
Draft and refine technical language for contracts.
