Job summary

Stantec seeks an exceptionally talented environmental permitting professional with a strong background in midstream pipeline projects and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on managing FERC-regulated permit applications and coordinating with agencies across the United States.

You will lead technical teams, develop client relationships, and guide proposals while ensuring adherence to HSSE standards and project timelines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in a similar permitting role.
• Direct experience preparing and managing FERC permit applications.
• Experience coordinating with agencies on Species, 404/10, CZMA and Section 106.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for midstream permitting projects across the US.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination for regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support proposal development.
• Create and review technical documents for regulatory submissions.
• Ensure health, safety and environment policies are followed during all project phases.
• Collaborate with other Environmental and Regulatory Specialists to ensure consistency.
